Olives

Tothill Grove olives are grown by husband and wife team Denis and Toni Brown, at Emu Downs, between the Clare and Barossa Valleys in South Australia. They grow two olive varieties, the Volos and Kalamata olives, both marinated in red wine vinegar and olive oil. The Volos olives are a round, black eating olive, larger than the Kalamata variety, and with more flesh. Both are excellent for an antipasto platter or for pasta dishes. Certified organic.  NASAA 5169P. Made in Australia.
