The Original Cereal Company Artisan Cereals and Bars are significantly different from traditional muesli, which usually contain raw oats, and are difficult for our bodies to digest. The ingredients used in this fantastic range are carefully selected to ensure great taste, exceptional quality and high bioavailability. These ingredients are soaked in grape juice prior to being lightly roasted to enable them to be easily digested and to help your body absorb more essential nutrients. The cereal bars are a manually compressed version of the cereals, and do not use any additional ingredients to bind them. The Original Cereal Company places a high emphasis on supporting local producers and where possible certified organic ingredients are used. While this range of cereals and bars are not certified organic, they are handcrafted in South Australia and contain no added sugar, no wheat (some are gluten free) and no dairy.
